FAMILY TRAVEL STACK PARTNER TERMS OF AGREEMENT
By submitting your application and participating in the Family Travel Stack Partner Program, you agree to the following terms.
1. COMMISSION TRACKING & ATTRIBUTION We do not use browser cookies or affiliate links. All sales attribution is tracked exclusively via your assigned Promo Code.
To receive a commission, the purchaser must enter your exact Promo Code at checkout.
If a purchaser fails to enter the code, we cannot retroactively apply the commission. You are responsible for ensuring your audience understands how to apply your code.
2. PAYOUT TERMS
The Commission: You will receive a 30% revenue share on every successful transaction of the full Hawaii & Disney World Protocol bundle completed using your unique Promo Code.
The Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid on or before the 15th of every month for all cleared revenue generated in the preceding calendar month.
The Payment Method: All payouts are distributed exclusively via PayPal. As the recipient, you are responsible for any standard receiving fees assessed by PayPal.
3. MARKETING GUIDELINES & BRAND PROTECTION You are representing a premium financial and logistics brand. All marketing efforts must adhere to the following rules:
FTC Compliance: You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Family Travel Stack in all promotional content (e.g., using
#ad,#partner, or verbal disclosure in video content) as required by the Federal Trade Commission.Accuracy of Claims: You may reference our stated averages (e.g., "averages $13,000 in retained capital," or "40-60% off retail Deluxe resorts"). You may not invent guarantees or misrepresent the cost savings.
Advertising Restrictions: You may not run paid search ads (e.g., Google Ads) bidding on the trademarked name "Family Travel Stack" or our specific product names.
4. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT Family Travel Stack reserves the right to deactivate your Promo Code and terminate this partnership immediately, forfeiting any pending commissions, if we determine that your marketing practices violate these terms, utilize spam, or otherwise damage the reputation of the brand.
