FAMILY TRAVEL STACK PARTNER TERMS OF AGREEMENT

By submitting your application and participating in the Family Travel Stack Partner Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. COMMISSION TRACKING & ATTRIBUTION We do not use browser cookies or affiliate links. All sales attribution is tracked exclusively via your assigned Promo Code.

  • To receive a commission, the purchaser must enter your exact Promo Code at checkout.

  • If a purchaser fails to enter the code, we cannot retroactively apply the commission. You are responsible for ensuring your audience understands how to apply your code.

2. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS, PAYOUT TERMS & REFUND POLICY

  • Eligible Products: Promo codes and commissions are strictly limited to bundle purchases to maximize Average Order Value. Eligible products include The Hawaii & Disney World Protocol Bundle and The Global Family Stack. Individual standalone protocol purchases (e.g., the $48 Hawaii Stack) are excluded from the partner program and will not generate a commission.

  • The Commission: You will receive a 50% revenue share on the discounted cart total of every successful, eligible bundle transaction completed using your unique Promo Code.

  • Refunds & Chargebacks: Commissions are only paid on cleared, non-refunded transactions. If a customer uses your Promo Code and subsequently requests a refund or issues a bank chargeback, that transaction is ineligible for commission. If a refund occurs after a commission has already been paid out, that commission amount will be deducted from your future payouts. Self-referrals (using your own code to purchase the product) are prohibited and will not generate a commission.

  • The Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid on or before the 15th of every month for all cleared revenue generated in the preceding calendar month.

  • The Payment Method: All payouts are distributed exclusively via PayPal. As the recipient, you are responsible for any standard receiving fees assessed by PayPal. Prior to receiving your first commission payout, you must submit a completed IRS Form W-9 to Family Travel Stack.

3. MARKETING GUIDELINES & BRAND PROTECTION You are representing a premium financial and logistics brand. All marketing efforts must adhere to the following rules:

  • FTC & Anti-Spam Compliance: You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Family Travel Stack in all promotional content as required by the FTC. Because this program heavily utilizes email distribution, you strictly agree to comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. You may only email audiences who have opted-in to receive communications from you. Purchasing email lists or engaging in unsolicited cold-emailing is strictly prohibited.

  • Accuracy of Claims: You may reference our stated averages (e.g., "average over $3,000 saved on a 6-night Disney World trip” or "See exactly how to book a luxury family Hawaii vacation for $10,000 less than retail"). You may not invent guarantees or misrepresent the cost savings.

  • Intellectual Property: You are selling access to our digital products. You may not distribute, host, share, or leak the actual Family Travel Stack PDFs, Google Sheets, or proprietary data matrices directly to your audience for free or for resale.

  • Advertising Restrictions: You may not run paid search ads (e.g., Google Ads) bidding on the trademarked name "Family Travel Stack" or our specific product names.

4. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT Family Travel Stack reserves the right to deactivate your Promo Code and terminate this partnership immediately, forfeiting any pending commissions, if we determine that your marketing practices violate these terms, utilize spam, distribute our intellectual property, or otherwise damage the reputation of the brand.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Family Travel Stack makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the amount of income you may earn through this program. In no event shall Family Travel Stack be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages—including, but not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or data loss—arising from or relating to this agreement or the Partner Program. This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, including negligence, and encompasses damages resulting from website downtime, promo code tracking errors, payment processing delays, or program modifications. In no event shall our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to this agreement exceed the total commission fees paid to you under this agreement in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS Your participation in the Family Travel Stack Partner Program does not establish an employer-employee, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship. You are operating strictly as an independent contractor. You have no authority to bind Family Travel Stack to any legal agreements or make commitments on our behalf. You are solely responsible for all applicable local, state, or federal taxes arising from your commission payouts.
