1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and SeriesV Partners, LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Family Travel Stack website and products.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and the Products (including the Google Sheet Templates, PDFs, and Guides) are our proprietary property. You are granted a limited license to access and use the specific product you purchased for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

  • You may not: Reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or publicly display any of the content.

  • You may not: Share the Google Sheet link or file with non-purchasers.

  • You may not: Use the proprietary data/formulas for commercial purposes.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true and accurate; (2) you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service.

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site.

5. REFUND POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS) Due to the nature of digital assets (immediate access to intellectual property), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on Google Sheet templates or PDF downloads once the access link has been sent.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event will SeriesV Partners, LLC or our directors/employees be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products.

7. AFFILIATE MARKETING & ENDORSEMENT POLICY

7.1. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE SeriesV Partners, LLC participates in various affiliate marketing programs, which means we may get paid commissions on editorially chosen products purchased through our links to retailer sites. This comes at no extra cost to you.

7.2. THE INTEGRITY STANDARD (OUR PROMISE) Our reputation is built on engineering precision, not paid placement. We only recommend products, services, or tools that we have personally executed, validated, and currently use in our own travel operations. If a product is mentioned in "The Protocol" or on our "Intel" blog, it is because it passed our internal stress testing. We do not accept payment in exchange for positive reviews.

8. PRODUCT INFORMATION: The information provided by Family Travel Stack, including all 'Financial Protocols,' 'Arbitrage Strategies,' and 'ROI Calculations,' is for educational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All 'savings' and 'yield' calculations are estimates based on historical data and user inputs.

9. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Michigan. SeriesV Partners, LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Michigan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
